Droppa Driver – Account Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your Droppa Driver account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Request Deletion

1. Send an email to support@droppa.com from the same email or phone number linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Our support team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Personal details (name, phone number, email)
• Driver profile information (vehicle details, uploaded documents, ID copies)
• Trip history and earnings data

Data That May Be Retained

• Certain financial transaction records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance. These may be retained for up to 7 years.
