Droppa Driver – Account Deletion
If you would like to permanently delete your Droppa Driver account and all associated data,
please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Deletion
- Send an email to support@droppa.com from the same email or phone number linked to your account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Our support team will verify your identity and process your request within 7 business days.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Personal details (name, phone number, email)
- Driver profile information (vehicle details, uploaded documents, ID copies)
- Trip history and earnings data
Data That May Be Retained
- Certain financial transaction records required for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance.
These may be retained for up to 7 years.
